juanrojas
I don't think you will have problems but always create a backup, you don't use the help of the module for this, create it manually
Prestachamps
I agree! don't just create a backup, but rather create a dev version of your site, and do the 1-click upgrade on it. The DEV version can be placed on a subdomain, or in a subfolder, however this will give you the necessary testing environment to see if it would work. Creating a backup and than testing the upgrade on live, will be fine in case everything runs as expected, if it won't your site will be down, and you'll get through a hole process of stress and frustration which is not needed. I hope I helped, Cheers, Leo
