Error with website - Need urgent help!

Hi Guys,

Was wondering if anyone could shad some light on my problem. My website is giving me the message "Link to database cannot be established" and the website doesnt appear.

Plus within the cpanel x it gives the error message as

[Wed Jan 14 19:55:07 2009] [error] [client 82.7.115.237] File does not exist: /home/mixedmar/public_html/404.shtml
[Wed Jan 14 19:55:07 2009] [error] [client 82.7.115.237] File does not exist: /home/mixedmar/public_html/adminmixedmartialartsuk


Was looking some help, i'd be most grateful.
