Mathew Nwaneri
Good day colleagues, I kindly ask if someone can give me a hand to understand how to solve the case below: I tried to use a CDN subdomain to serve images on my prestashop site. I have configured the subdomain on cloudfront with my source domain pointing to the path where I have my image content: /public_html/img. I also tried the cloudfront configuration using my subdomain with no additional path. I also created a cname with the cloudfront distribution domain name on both my domain and my subdomain. Unfortunately when I put my subdomain in the prestashop mediaserver setup, my site becomes unusable, both theme configuration and images disappear. I have also tried creating the subdomain without cloudfront pointing directly to the images path and still get the same result, both configurations give me a 403 error. I use cloudflare and have created an A record for it with the grey cloud. Reading on the forums, I understood that it is better to contact the hosting for a possible solution, which I did but they could not find the source of the error. I have other subdomains that work perfectly as desired except this one which points to the img folder. What I need to resolve is the 403 error I get using the subdomain. Thanks to anyone who can give an idea on how to solve it.
