1.7.8 Main menu module not able to update links

Hello 

I tried to create new main_menu (top menu on header on front) for the new shop.

I have multiple shop, that I created before version PS 1.7.8. But now, I need to create new shop with new menu.

But I can't, like this : https://github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop/issues/22498

Even if I add new link, and update this.

I have no error (validate 200) thanks to my console when I inspect this)

But nothing change in front, even if I delete cache var/prod and var/dev

 

Please, help me

In Advanced Parameters -> Performance, do you have selected Recompile templates if the files have been updated option?

Not working

But I just delete this module and put it again

And that work

I understand that each time I create another shop in the multishop, I need to delete this module and put again
