HTTP 500 after logging in

Recommended Posts

Hello!

I am getting constant HTTP 500 errors right after I click "Sign in" button.

I have tried clearing /var/cache directory and set up Debug mode but no error is displayed neither in the browser, /var/logs dev or prod.log file or logs of my server provider.
All directories are set with 755 access, all files with 644.

Clearing browser cache and cookies works like a charm but it's because it logs me out of my account. When I try to sign in back, the HTTP 500 error is back on the screen and I can't do anything.

Help would be much appreciated!

Hi, it's possible that hosting upgraded your  PHP level beyond what's supported by your PS.

Contact your hosting.

another possible culprit is mod_security, we would expect a 403 but it's possible you your hosting handles differently.

let us know how you get on
