Faceted search not working properly

Just migrated a shop to a new url and host and now, when i try to create new filters and visit the Faceted search module it doesnt display the category tree, the yes and no labels and its only displaying 6 filters out of 76

Did you re indexed settings ( prices / attributes and functions ) on module main page? and clear the cache on same page?

Yes. Indexed everything and deleted cache and var cache folder.

Still have the same problem

I just checked and this problem is in all modules of backoffice.

FacetedSearch, Block Reassurrance, Featured products. All the modules that uses Category tree are not displaying it.

I changed the host, domain and installed a new language and deleted the old one. All website is working great except for this category tree problem.

Removed language can be a problem here, so go to employee profile and choose language from list and save changes.

I just went to the employee settings and pressed save and it solved the problem.
