Get the list of categories on my page

I write you because I'm in a front of a problem :

I would like to display some categories on a page like that IMG_1508.HEIC

I saw lots of subject about put the list of categories on product page, but not in a others pages.
I saw the post about BlockCategories, but if I can use this method how can I call it ?
