Ni.premont Posted April 20, 2022 Share Posted April 20, 2022 Hi, I use Prestashop 1.7.6.4 and I have a problem on my store, when a customer places an order and proceeds to payment via Stripe (v2.0.8), the customer is debited, but the order is not validated, does not appear in my order list and no email is sent to me or to my customer. I only find his cart with the status "cart abandoned". Does anyone have an idea where this could be coming from? The problem started happening this week, everything was fine before and it doesn't seem to affect all customers. Thanks in advance for the answers. There is indeed an update to be done, won't I have compatibility problems if I update it?
