stripe field disappears on checkout page

hi, on my prestashop checkout page, when i get to the credit card entry field, it appears for a split second with all the fields and disappears. any idea why this is happening?

i have attached a video sample.

It seems that the field is being hidden by a js code. To get closer to solving this issue you can look after if there's a js error in your console by the following steps:
