Please explain what this error is and means

Moved my site from a sub domain to a new domain 

when i try to go to moduls  i get this error  that shows thw url from my subdomain

Removed the module  checkpayment

now i got this error when try to go tu moduls

Did you clear the cache? PHP set correctly?  Did you turn off this module, or you have deleted a whole folder?
