I can't send to customers or receive email alerts (customer account creation and orders placed)

Good afternoon, I cannot receive in my email when customers make a registration, nor when they place an order. Nor the customers receive emails. Is any configuration needed?

 

I have a module, ps_emailsalerts activated.

Try to set SMTP setting manually.

Eu tentei, mas não sei se tenho habilitado, não precisa configurá-lo?

Configure. Save and test.  Make sure your SMTP settings are correct.  Check it in your mail / host provider.

Thank you, I got it but the customers when they receive my email, it goes to the trash, any reason? Should go to inbox/main.
