Send Email to Abandoned Carts

Good afternoon, I would like to know how I can send emails to my customers who abandon their cart? Is there any free module, or any configuration that can be done?

You can try Klaviyo. It is a dedicated service for this. The module for integration with their service is free (you can find it on addons). Normally you pay a monthly fee to them, but they also have a free plan for a certain number of customers.

Thank you very much, but it doesn't seem to be the most suitable for abandoned carts, don't you know any more?

There are other such services as Mail Chimp, Omnisend. If you don't want a dedicated service, you can look for an abandoned shopping cart module, but I didn't use any free one to advise you.

You can use free module ps_reminder but it need small fix to work.

Endriu's idea was very good, I really didn't know about this module. It's called Customer follow-up, and you can find it in the "Catalog Modules" section, or on github, https://github.com/PrestaShop/ps_reminder

This module in configuration page at the top display link but it is incorrect you need to change in this link word followup to ps_reminder.

Is it just necessary to activate and put the values?

Only activated and configured section will be sending emails.
