Prestashop block my ip address

I have a huge problem.

Prestashop all time update .htaccess and deny my address ip(me as admin). So i don't have access to admin panel and visit website. To fix it i need to delete .htaccess but every time i visit website and click some links it happens again. 

I update whitelist in admin panel and put there my ip address but it didn't help me for me. 

Probably i need to off auto rewrite htaccess file but i don't know how to do it.

Any idea?
