Markus_E Posted April 5, 2022 Share Posted April 5, 2022 Hallo, ich habe das Facebook-Modul installiert und möchte meine Artikel mit Facebook synchronisieren. Leider werden die Artikel nicht in den Produktkatalog bei Facebook übertragen. Seit Tagen steht im Prestashop folgende Meldung:"Es kann bis zu 24 Stunden dauern, bis Ihre PrestaShop-Produktinformationen mit Facebook synchronisiert sind. Sobald Produkte veröffentlicht werden, können Sie damit beginnen, sie auf Instagram zu markieren oder Facebook-Anzeigen zu erstellen." Bei Facebook ist de Produktkatalog leer und die Artikel werden nicht übertragen. Es sollten meines Erachtens 4 Artikel mit Facebook synchronisiert werden. Wo liegt der Fehler? Danke für die Hilfe.
