When customers add the address, the cart is empty

I have a problem, when customers add the address, the cart is empty.

What happens is the following: I add any product to the cart, then proceed to payment, click on payment, (as I don't have an account) I go to the register, put my name, nickname, email and password, click continue, and then I go to step 2 ) and it's here, when I click on the address, when I go to write, it takes me to another page, It won't let me write the address.

 

Someone can help me?
