Prestashop payment error

Good morning,

I have this problem in prestashop, when a customer with a VAT number places an order and pays by credit card,
prestashop charges the amount correctly without VAT.

In the order status, however, this warning comes out: Payment error
(even if the payment was actually successful) and does not generate the invoice.

At this point I'm going to click on generate invoice and this is generated with the VAT amount.

I would like to resolve this issue which can cause misunderstanding with customers.

P.S.
If it can be used for VAT validation I use the "Auto-Validate VAT Number in Customer Group" module and for payment by credit card I use the Nexi XPay module
