Mail alerts module not sending order Shop admin email notification

Hi there,

I have configured SMTP in Prestashop v1.7.4.4 using Mail alerts module. I did a test order and customers got the email but didn't get any admin notification order email. Can you tell me what is the issue, please?

Turn on debug mode in the administration and make a test order.
You should see an error when sending the email.
It is not possible to identify the problem from the description you wrote.

If you say that customers receive emails, it means that there is no problem with sending them. Use another email address, on which to receive notifications, from another provider, to see if it works, after which you will see further what needs to be done.

Only problem is in admin notification PDF Invoice not attached.

However, this does not mean that it is possible to send an invoice to the store's email.
Just look in the forum for the OrderHistory.php modification and the sendEmail function.
Here you just need to add the recipient of the email store to the BCC.
Then you will receive the same email as the customer.
There are also modules that can do this without any modifications.
