Mail alerts module not sending order Shop admin email notification

If you say that customers receive emails, it means that there is no problem with sending them. Use another email address, on which to receive notifications, from another provider, to see if it works, after which you will see further what needs to be done.

However, this does not mean that it is possible to send an invoice to the store's email.
Just look in the forum for the OrderHistory.php modification and the sendEmail function.
Here you just need to add the recipient of the email store to the BCC.
Then you will receive the same email as the customer.
There are also modules that can do this without any modifications.
