Chaonas
Hello, i would like to know if there is a setting where i can define the default language used for the order confirmation emails that are sent to the client. I checked all my language strings and all are translated on my local language but for a weird reason the email content is always in english. I have my local language as default for the front office and english for back office. Kind Regards Edited March 18, 2022 by Chaonas (see edit history)
Ress
Hi, Check in the theme files, the mails folder, if the emails you mention are translated correctly. In some versions of prestashop, a bit older, I know there were bugs, when you translated from prestashop, the emails were not saved correctly. What version of prestashop do you have? Chaonas
Thanks for the answer, I'm using the latest version and i managed to fix the issue by copying the email folders on my template.
