Email to recover the password

Hello everyone,

Something very strange is happening to me in my store, I use PrestaShop 1.7 and it is a multi-store PrestaShop. The thing is that in one of the multi-store stores, when a user says "I have forgotten my password" they receive an email with the link, but instead of showing the form to change their password, they are automatically directed to home and the user appears logged into his account, but the problem remains the same, he cannot change the password.

Has something similar ever happened to you? Do you have any idea what it could be?
