Attributes - select and input-radio elsewhere on the page

As in the title - how / is it possible to separate the attributes (select and input-radio) so that they appear in other places on the page? Eg select somewhere at the top in product.tpl and input-radio at the bottom.

It is known - to do it easily, but not to make it work like that

It's not that simple.
Inputs are in a form, they should not be removed from it. Secondly, when you change the combination, the request refreshes only certain sections of the product page, you should check that where you move, there is a refresh section.
