No Subject was found for %(all email templates) in the database.

As the title suggests. It seems impossible to edit the email subjects in the translation tab (Back office). There have been posts dating back to 2014 with a similar issue and the issues still is around to this date. For us, not being able to change this is a deal breaker. Has anyone figured out how to fix this nearly 10 years on?
