rafaelvines
Hi, how are you? Once the customer order , he doesn´t receive the email confirmation. Also when I change the status of the order (payment accepted, shipped) it doesn´t send the automatic emails. I don´t see where the problem comes. Anyone can help me please? Many thanks! Please check one thing for me. If you enable DEBUG MODE in -> Adavanced parameters -> performance, can you tell me if you still receive the same error, or a blank page with the message "Error: invalid e-mail template" instead? ComGrafPL
This is your hosting? If yes, check the settings. https://kb.dominios.pt/article/configuracao-do-servico-de-e-mail-security/ Or check on the host panel, somewhere.
