Which module responsible for ps_gues table ?

I tried removing all stats modules , still guest table getting filled 

As i use G analytics i don't care much about stats, so i removed most of them only few raming ( which are not related to visitors data mining) 

 

here is a list of modules i have them installed (screenshot attached)

It's not a module responsible for that, it's the Guest class from the PrestaShop core, which fills that table.

how can i disable that feature ? is it possible through BO settings ?

Unfortunately, this is not possible, all guest users who access the site will be saved there, it is part of the PrestaShop functionality.

That's used to convert an anonymous visitor to the store to an actual customer in guest checkout. I haven't dug too deep into it but am fairly certain it isn't something you want to actively remove but you could start with disabling the various guest checkout options.

If you're just trying to clean up then just be careful as Cart objects, product comments and some GDPR functionality may refer to records in that table (there could be other optional modules that refer to it too).

But you can disable visitor purchases in B.O-->Store parameters-->Enable visitor purchase

i checked but there is no option called "Enable visitor purchase"

you mean guest checkout ?

 

it is already disabled from the beginning

Even with that option disabled, the ps_guest table will still populate with each user who accesses the site and is not logged in.
