devilx Posted February 18, 2022 Share Posted February 18, 2022 I have problem with prestashop Every time when i upload new product or edit some images or edit some product after 1-2 hours images stop show .. after this i need stop SEO url friendly and remove htaccess and again i need active SEO URL FRIENDLY to solved problem.. this is game.. any permanent solution for this problem? i really like prestashop but this game is killing me.. i lose client. thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Paul C Posted February 18, 2022 Share Posted February 18, 2022 Your best option would be to put the store in maintenance and debug mode and then replicate the problem (or create a staging site with docker locally and test on there - assuming you can replicate the problem on that, of course). Probably be a good idea to save a copy of the .htaccess file before you start this process so you can tell if any changes have been made through the course of the test. This way you can look at the logs to see if anything strange is happening, or if there are any errors. Sounds like caching might be masking the problem initially, but could also be related to one of the modules you have installed. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
