Do Product search in module (based on price)

Hi,

I'm new to prestashop module dev, after a two simple modules that display configurable message, I'm trying to do something bigger.

I'm trying to display a list of product (for instance attached to crossselling hook) that are active, available, with a given price range.

I'm facing some difficulties on how to express this query (I do not get relevant examples in existing modules nor documentation) with facet, filters and so on.

Prestashop version 1.7.8.3

Is any one having advice on how to do this ? I can post some code if needed, but I'm sure I have taken the right path to do what I want.
