Can I refund a module that doesn't work?

Hello,

I purchased a module that migrates data from one source to another, and the data isn't migrating properly. I've told the developers and they keep telling me it's now working (4 times), and it isn't at all.

There's multiple pieces of data that either aren't being pulled through at all, or are missing fields.

It's been about 3 weeks, and there have been no real improvements to fixing the module.

(those 3 weeks have been only on one issue, there are multiple issues that I haven't even mentioned yet.)
