Error message "500 Internal Server Error" when clicking on "Module Manager"

Hello,

When opening the Module Manager, this error appears:

Oops! An Error Occurred

The server returned a "500 Internal Server Error".

Something is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. We will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

When the Debug Modus is enabled, this errors disappears. 
Version 1.7.5.2.
What can we do to resolve this ?

Try to rename /var/cache to /var/cache_old e.g. by FTP

This seems to have solved this issue.

Says module PSOGRAPH but that doesnt exist

have you looked into both module folders? One in the root folder, the other under themes.

Yes also looked here and cant see that module either

search the database: export it (downloading it)  and look into it with notepad++ or another editor.

Only looking where it is all changes can have an effect should you use that Database as a backup.
