Hi,

I have this issue where the ? is treated as a link to another page.

It only happens on one Prestashop website.  They have the same server settings.

It works okay on all other pages but not the homepage

https://www.storagebox.co.nz/?utm This product is no longer available.

https://www.storagebox.co.nz/elfa/wall-based-wardrobe/elfa-closet-rod-holder?utm Works okay

I have tried everything I can think of but no luck.

Any suggestions would be welcome

Steve

I should have been a bit clearer in my explanation.

Google Analytics, Adwords etc append a tracking  code onto the page url so it can be tracked. For example,

Campaign Name (utm_campaign): Use this parameter to identify a campaign or promotion tied to your link. This could be a product name, type of sale, contest name, etc.

Example: utm_campaign=summer-sale

The code on our website would look like https://www.storagebox.co.nz/?utm_campaign=summer-sale

We can then track traffic, clicks, purchases etc that come to the website from the adwords promotion called Summer-sale.

The website should ignore everything after the ? but on the home page only it does not. It reads the /?utm_campaign=summer-sale as a link to another page and does not see it as a tracking code to be ignored. This means I cannot create an ad that points to our home page as the home page shows "This product is no longer available."
