Module required to create orders from CSV/Spreadsheet

Hi, I am looking for a module that will essentially emulate a customer logging in, creating a cart, and going through checkout.

I have a list of 1000 pre-orders which need to be processed shortly! These would be placed as orders as if the customer did themselves in the front end, but the payment would be set to Cheque (we then let our customers pay by card/paypal from their own order history page). So no payment details are required.

Can someone help with this?

And  also  the  list  of products  each   customer  needs   to  buy?

If   you  have  those  information  you  can  easily  build  a  custom  module  that  will  bulk  create  orders.
