Prestashop 1.7.8.2 ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS in Back Office

When I log in I can see dashboard ok but when I click any option in side panel I get ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS.

This was a fresh install with new host 2 weeks ago. Site is in Maintenance mode and I can see this ok. 

Was all ok yesterday, last thing I remember doing was SEO & URL's. I removed the Shop powered by PrestaShop and replaced with Handmade By Julie and added some metadata.

Using classic theme, have made couple of minor tweaks to layout.

I have cleared all cookies.

UPDATE!

Having uninstalled 1.7.8.2 I installed 1.7.8.3 but still had same problem.

SOLUTION

PHP was 7.4 by default I changed this to 7.3 and it is now all ok.

Not sure how long this will continue as it was ok for 2 weeks before the problem started

Thank you, tried all that. As it was a fresh install and I hadn't added products, just made minor tweaks to design I have given up I have uninstalled it from server. Will try installing again and see if it repeats problem.
