ComGrafPL
If you have access not to advanced parameters> information, check PHP. For 1.7.8, you should use PHP 7.4 Best way to upgrade is change theme to classic, remove all external modules. Either hire someone to do this for you. SmartDataSoft
@ComGrafPL What is your suggestion , when external module and theme support the version which need to update. Ex : 1.7.8.1 to 1.7.8.3 upgrade. May be you follow some other way than us. Normally i have download the zip file and put admin/autoupgrade/download and then select manually update from zip. Thank you
ComGrafPL
True. After "few" upgrades, I've made. I suggesting clients to use https://addons.prestashop.com/en/data-migration-backup/32298-migration-40-better-upgrade-and-migrate-tool.html Did 1.4 / 1.6 - 1.7.8. migration that way. No issues after that. As for 1.7.8.1 to 1.7.8.3 you way is better ofc. As it not so big step to follow. Less issues.
SmartDataSoft
Thank you but what you suggest when migrate a multi store which have different site 10-15 store. Normally this issue asked by theme developer which they like to update their multistore from old to new store. Thank you

The module does not even install correctly, so it is impossible to use it. The only support offered by ETS Soft is that I give them access to my server and ftp access. NO. I paid for a functional module, not to modify the data of my shop. My original Prestashop version is 1.6.0.
