PS 1.7.7.6 -> PS 1.7.8.3 Can't change the employee language

Hello everyone,

after the update changing the employee (BO) language doesn't have any effect anymore.

How to solve this?

I just tried and it is working fine in my 1.7.8.3 - try to clear your cache and check if there are errors if you activate debug mode

Hi,

thanks a lot for your answer.

Yes, cache is cleared and checked the debug. After choosing English, there are no errors but a lot warnings (screenshot). All of them saying "Translation not found, "locale" => "et-EE".

Seems to me that the site is still in et-EE mode, not en-US...

All ideas are very much appreciated.

If someone encounters the same issue, here's the fix:

go to: config/config.inc.php

uncomment row 225: //$language = new Language(Configuration::get('PS_LANG_DEFAULT'));

and add below that:

$language = new Language(true);
