ZenDesk integration nightmare

Hello, 

I face a problem with the ZenDesk module. Every things work well on the messagerie BUT the is no way I can get zendesk to hookup the customer information in the ticket... The ticket in created with nothing more than the message... The API token works, but it look like I need to put some where in presta shop the JWT JSON token that I have to make the customer register in the ZenDesk module to have the information coming up from presta. 

 

Anyone have dow that before ? The ZenDesk service is no help for that. After 2 hours chatting with them...
