Error on Upgrade from 1.6.1.17 to 1.6.1.24

Hi Guys I am using prestashop  1.6.7 . For upgrade to 1.6.1.24 when using the one click upgrade module show me a tips that you are using the latest version of PrestaShop and does not show the upgrade button. I noticed that the PrestaShop version was written incorrectly in the config-inc.php file and I modified it to 1.6.1.17

The upgrade button was displayed. Then I clicked the upgrade button to 1.6.1.24 and the upgrade was incomplete. In the database upgrade step, an error occurred that you are using the latest version 1.6.7. I tried several times but it did not work, thank you for your help.
