Smartphone browser shows me 403 error on most browsers

Hello,

I use a Xiaomi 5+ smartphone and a Samsung 51.
I am the owner of a site (spytechman.com).

The site shows only on Firefox, and in any other browser I get an error 403 (forbidden).
I just assume that it is the a site problem, as I own 2 additional sites (ZenCart and WP) and they work perfect
Is that a known problem? Is there any way to fix it?
Thanks in advance,
Nina.

Hello ComGrafPL,

Thank you for answering!
Yes, the permission is set correctly. I checked every file / folder, and it works very well on Firefox - but not any other browser.
It also works on any browser on 2 PCs and 1 Laptop (Win10)

I suspect that it may have something with mixed http / https - I found several pictures that are http, and the padlock is yellow.
However it was this way from a long time, 2-3 years, and it was OK on any smartphone, using any browser!
Suddenly it cannot be opened by most browsers, I flushed the cache, rebooted the phone, installed Opera and IE browsers - it doesn't work at all. Forbidden!
Using FF - It looks OK.

Regards!
