Where is the source code for the Prestashop backend stock management page?

Hi everyone !

I am an apprentice developer and I was asked to find a way to modify elements in the stock page.
What is the tree structure to get to the view page? 
At the same time, where is the customer alert function by email?
Because I would like to study the structure of the function to reuse it.

you need then a better dev control panel that allows you to search code..I recommend dreamweaver but there are plenty of other free ones out there...not near as good as dreamweaver however.
