[Solved] Shopping cart not expanded or open on the header

When clicking on Cart button on the header it does not open and page ends blocked. Seems something blocks action and is no possible to continue navigating in the page after on.

Our URL is ldrsport.com

We´ve been cheking shopping cart module, it adds products but cannot access to the cart through this button and neither it expands to show us added products.

Using Prestashop 1.7.7.3

PHP version? Is it default cart? Any facebook modules on frontage installed?

This looks theme problem. You need to contact the theme author about this issue. You can rename the blockcart module form your theme so that default PrestaShop module template load and then check

Thanks. PHP: 7.2.34 . Tried deactivating FB modules but not working neither without them.

Thanks. I contacted them, waiting for their response. Meanwhile, I tried renaming blockart module of my theme but website seems not to change.

Do not forget to clear the cache after template changes

Look in your cart or facebook pixel module for this init_add_to_cart function and choose another way to convert the json.

Where do you host?

It is pretty probable that your hoster set php to 7.4 specially when your error happened all of sudden. If true look for another host.

Problem solved. A module for FB pixel was causing the problem. Deactivating it works again. We´ll configure it carefully to avoid this problem but at the same time sending data to our Fb account. Thanks for your help

note best practice is that cart link directly to view cart, some are more aggressive and change to checkout.  look at any major online retailer, they do not have drop down cart on every page.
