Google Sitemap and Google Analytics not working

Hi guys,

I have a project that runs on Prestashop version 1.7.7.5 and I am having trouble with Google Sitemap and Google Analytics. I have removed and reinstalled both modules but it didn't solve my problem. The problem with the sitemap is that I create it and after sometime it gets deleted and it says that this store doesn't have a sitemap. I have checked on the server and the sitemap file is there. The second part is that I have a cron job setup in my cpanel and get 500 Internal Server Error. 

The trouble with Google Analytics (v4.1.0) is that I can't get to work as I don't receieve any data from the site to my Analytics account to get some info.

Did any of you have similar problems and how did you solve them.

Maybe try set site map file permission. So it wouldn't be deleted.

No, I am still working on it but without luck

The problem isn't the file, because it stays on the server. The problem is that when I go to the module it says that no sitemap is created. The other thing is that I get a 500 error in my Cpanel cron job.
