deleting code zopim chat

Hello,

i want to delete the chat function from our webshop on www.selinni.nl 

But i can't find where is has been added. (i use leotheme/ apbuilder for designing the pages)

I've already hide all design items on header and footer, but still chat i prompting up 

Looking for more than an hour right now......

I think is text embeded by any module named zendesk. can you check your module area . hope you found that. or you can check any module where you put html code of this chat plugin.
