Download 1.6 Install Package (SOLVED)

I am having an ODBC issue migrating from 1.6 to 1.7 in trying to talk to a defined 1.7 layout on my remote SQL database. Everything looks good, the ODBC tunnel is working, I can easily read/write to my 1.6 database but get a bad crash when I try to just go to the mapped layout for a SQL record a 1.7 database.

In debugging this I want to test a fresh PS 1.6 install and sql database.

Where can I download a full 1.6 Install Package ?
