Follow-up of visits > Customer tracking by group

Hello,

For a Prestashop 1.7.6, I am looking for a module that would allow to have a detail of the visits according to:

- visitors not logged in / logged in

- for connected visitors, being able to follow the visits of private customers by professionals, who are each linked to a specific group.

I can't currently find any module that would do this tracking. Does anyone have anything to recommend ?

How GTM can know if the visitor is from the group professionnals / private customers from Prestashop groups ?

Groups created in Prestashop are "internal" only, no ?

Yes, but with Google Tag Manager you can create your own tags and/or events. So you need to find a module that allows you to add your own tags.

OK, this is not part of my skills for GTM.

To well understand the process, I first have to create my own tags in Prestashop (that means to have this module : https://addons.prestashop.com/fr/analyses-statistiques/23806-google-tag-manager-enhanced-ecommerce-ua-pro.html) 

To "link" the tag with the group concerned (I don't know how), and then to put the information in GTM account ?
