base428 Posted January 16, 2022 Share Posted January 16, 2022 In 1.7.8.2, the email address used to send SMTP email (Advanced Parameters => Email) cannot match a current or previously used email address for anyone on your Team (Advanced Parameters => Team). Four hours later, I figured this out. Hopefully it will help someone else. Try it. Change one of your team email addresses to match your currently working SMTP email address. Might need to login in/out to test. I'm using SiteGround for hosting. I'm not entirely sure if this is a PrestaShop or hosting bug. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
bomber1975 Posted January 21, 2022 Share Posted January 21, 2022 Hi everyone I solved it by contacting my hosting who configured the SMTP server to use their server and then I entered the user and pass of my mail service (aruba).
