Printify Product Images Not Populating On Product Pages

Hi

I've just set up a Printify store and installed/connected to Prestashop. Using a Godaddy shared server.

The Printify product images show up in my Prestashop catalogue list (apparently stored in the img/tmp folder).

However, the mockups (code calls them "product images") are not populating (I assume they are meant to populate automatically).

I can see they have been placed into numbered folders on my server (inside img/p) so it seems to be broken links...?

Please let me know if you have any ideas. I have reached out to Printify and so far all they've suggested is deleting cache (so I did clean install of prestashop in a new folder and used Edge instead of Chrome to connect) but to no avail.
