XML Parsing Error: no element found - PrestaShop

Hi everybody!
We use a ShippingBo solution connected to our Pretashop 1.7.7.7 and we have a pb.
the message is about our data recovery between the prestashop and the ShippingBo with this message :
The document <?xml version='1.0'?>\n does not have a valid root.
So our stock datas and orders states could not go from prestashop to ShippingBo.
Does someone have an ideo of what's going wrong.

Open the XML and see if the first line really ends \n.
If so, the error is in the XML report, where the programmer did not use "\n" at the end of the sentence but used '\n'.

Note the difference between double and single quotes.

Thank you very much for your answer!!!
I apologize for not my late answer but I was waiting for the answer of my team in order to give you a feed back.

Following to your post we contacted ShippingBo and we received an answer in wich they explain that in the attached file they gave us, they couldn't find any "\n" value...

I put the .dat file in a zip file to upload it there if you wan't to see...

if you or someone else has got an idea...
