Multistore sync from 3part software

I need your opinion

We want to have one prestashop with activated multistore. We want the default store to share the products, categories, customers, orders, cart with the second shop ( if you have a guide for this please let me know)

We would llike this prestashop to synchronize with our ERP system. The main job of sync is. Download the orders from prestashop, the sync will download and update the customers to prestashop and from there to  erp. Also update The products and categories. 

My question is:

When the Sync writes a products, categorys or customers to prestashop  does it do it simultaneously to the second store? I mean is the process the same if we have enabled the multistore or do we need to write the data in a different way?  in order to show in both stores.
