I am on service 1.7.8.2
My site is working, but when customers place an order at the moment of choosing the carriers, they can click on next and nothing happens and they don't go to the next step
I have no error message and for the moment the only time I have found is when a customer adds items to their basket, they have to warn me so that I can place the order manually and then everything works
if you have any ideas i'm interested

je suis sur prestation 1.7.8.2
Mon site fonctionne, mais quand les clients passe commande aux moment du choix des transporteurs, ont à beau cliquer sur suivant rien ne se fait et ils ne passe pas à l'étape suivante
Je n'ai aucun message d'erreur et pour l'instant le seul moment que j'ai trouver c'est quand un client ajoute des articles à sont panier, ils doivent me prévenir pour que je puisse passer la commande en manuel et là tout fonctionnent
si vous avez des idées je suis preneur
