paulemarshall Posted January 4, 2022 Share Posted January 4, 2022 When customers get to the checkout and select payment by card the text fields are greyed out, it is not possible to enter any text. It used to work. Paypal option works ok. All modules are up to date. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Prestashop checkout - v2.15.5 In configure it's all Approved and enabled. paulemarshall Posted February 13, 2022 Author Share Posted February 13, 2022 I opened a ticket and sent the ftp etc info as requested but no significant response after a couple of weeks. I'm not really complaining, we pay nothing for this software ( as a charity with limited funds) so I dont expect much support. So I gave up.
