Problem with Polish characters

Hello, 

I have huge problem and I have no idea how to solve it. I've try many sugestions but doesn't help. 

Problem I have with Polish characters in front office. When I put some sentence in translation module I see that in back office it's visible ok, in front office is visible wrong and also in database it's visible wrong. 

What can be a cause of that ?

In browsing this table click on "Struktura" and check what is in "Metoda porównywania napisów" it should be utf8mb4_unicode_ci.

I've checked what you suggest. In my DB was utf8_general_ci. I've changed it to utf8mb4_unicode_ci for key, translation, domain and theme field. But the problem it still there. When I use translation tool in DB I see wrong characters and also on front office. 

Any other idea ? 😕

After that you try add new translations from shop backoffice?

Yes, I clear translation what i have problem. Saved. Checked if it back to english on website. I was. Change to Polish, saved and same problem on website. 😕
