When a customer chooses to pay by Paypal, he is directed to the Paypal payment page, his payment is recorded in paypal but then, on the Prestashop side, this creates an order with a status of "payment error". Result, the customer thinks that the order has not been completed even though he has paid ... Prestashop 1.7.8.1 with updated paypal module (5.4.6) Has anyone seen this bug before? In the paypal module logs, I just see "payment error" lines. In the prestashop logs I see the following information message: Frontcontroller :: init - Cart cannot be loaded or an order has already been placed using this cart 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
