How to sort products in cart by brand to apply a certain discount ?

Hello,

I'm currently facing an issue regarding the discounts i'd like to apply for my customers.

What i'd like to do is apply a discount, depending on the quantity of products from a certain brand in the cart.

When i check the code, there's a bunch of classes and type of discount, but it's really oblivious and i can't find anything to help me achieving what i want.

If it were in PHP or SQL, there would be no problem, but via prestashop it's kind of a pain.

Does anyone know how to manage what i want to do ??
